Checked gas dryer. Cleaned out vents from dryer to outside - not venting properly.

Very well. One drain was rusted into the sink. Scott had to grind the rust away to get the new parts to fit. Everything worked perfectly after he left.

I was really pleased with Scott's professionalism and bright personality. I think it is very rare to find a service professional of this caliber. I felt very comfortable with Leader Plumbing doing the work and trusted the quality of their work. A+++

My faucets have always been hard to turn on & off. David came out in and just a short time had rebuilt or replace all the seats & washers & whatever else there was inside of there. It's like I have new bathrooms now! Davide promptly returned my call & scheduled me for the next day. He was just 10 minutes late from our scheduled time and was very good about cleaning up behind himself.

CALLED LEADER PLUMBING TO GO OUT TO AN UPSCALE CONDO TO FIX A TOILET THAT WAS LOOSE AROUND THE BASE AND THE TANK AREA. AFTER BEING ASSURED THE WORK WAS COMPLETE AND BEING CHARGED $400, I RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM THE NEIGHBORS BELOW THAT A LEAK WAS STILL PRESENT. I CONTACTED THE OWNER, DAVID LEADER, HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GO OUT AND CHECK THE PROBLEM. AFTER A VISIT TO THE CONDO DAVID SAID THAT HE COULD NOT DETECT ANY LEAKS AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THEN HE CHARGED ME ANOTHER $200 JUST FOR THE VISIT!!! ONCE I RECEIVED ANOTHER COMPLAINT FROM THE NEIGHBORS BELOW, I WENT OUT MYSELF TO FIND NOT ONLY WAS THERE A LEAK BUT THAT THE TOILET WAS STILL LOOSE. I CALLED FOR A 3RD TIME. THE OWNER WENT BACK OUT AND INSTALLED A GAUDY BOLT TO FIX THE TOILET. HE STOPPED THE LEAK, AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $200!!!! MY EXPERIENCE WITH LEADER PLUMBING WAS VERY DISATISFYING AND VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
