"Hi [Member Name Removed], As I explained to you over the phone, you lawn had over 50% covered with weeds and with fungal disease. The lawn was neglected for a long time without any watering and care. I mentioned clearly to you before you signed up that your lawn will take up to a year to recover from our program and you would also need to patch the bare spots with new sod. But after the second treatment you expected a unreasonable results from what we had to start with. The first treatment was to kill the weeds and that's why you had more yellowing and bare spots as the weeds were dying. I personally treated your yard twice and visited your lawn twice for check-up. I tried to call you after the second check-up after your complain so that we can find a way forward to fix the issues to your expectation but you responded my email with rude and unpleasant wordings. We are equally disappointed to have you as our customer. We try out best to keep our customer satisfied and in fact we have over 90% retention in customer on year o year basis. But as a normal course of the business, we find few customers that have unrealistic expectations. Even the best lawn treatment cannot be successful without patience and proper supporting lawn cultural practices i.e. watering, mowing etc. Regards shahul"
