"Hello, Yes, the last few years has been difficult for us finding dependable and experienced workers and other small business issues. We eliminated one crew due to workers not showing up or not doing the work as requested. Our weekly maintenance clients went to 2 crews instead of 3 crews, both crews were extremely over loaded. We also terminated over 40+ weekly maintenance service agreements over the last year due to these issues. We agree, our clients deserve our professional attention, on time maintenance and quality service that we have always done. This year, so far, has been much better. Gerard and I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. We enjoyed having you as clients. And I miss your cards!"
