They were on time, and did great work. Several years later, all the plants are all still alive.

Company appears unreliable and unwilling to keep appointments.

They did an awesome job. I will use them again in the future.

We have used Landscape Update for three years. For the first 18 months we were thrilled with the quality and the level of service. However, the service has begun to go downhill. Now they show up every 2 or three weeks. It appears the owners are having personal and personnel issues. This business appears to be in the process of disintegrating.

They are extremely good and we have a contract with them. We pay them monthly. They are a lawn maintenance group, but in addition to that, they will do anything that you ask them to do. They do tree trimming, planting and trimming. If they don't do something you want done around the yard, they will get you in touch with people that do.

We talked to Gerald Barajas on Tuesday about having some shrubs removed and replaced and existing flower beds weeded and mulch added to the flower beds. He said he would call us on Thursday to schedule a time for Friday. He didn't call back and so far we haven't heard from him.

They did a great job!! The bushes and trees were trimmed beautifully, and they cleaned up all the clippings and hauled them away. The clean flowerbeds with fresh mulch look terrific!

If you are scheduled to be on Tuesday, he is there on Tuesday. If he's not going to come he calls. You don't get that with most yard companies. We were very unhappy with the company we used prior to him because their clean up was awful, they would blow everything back into our yard and when a breeze came through it was all over our driveway again. One thing we really like about Gerard is they gather any debris and throw it away. My husband had surgery in April and I was unable to haul the debris from Gerard's trimming and so I asked him to do this for me and he did. The main thing I like about Gerard is if he senses things need done, he does them without asking. We will continue to use him as long as he keeps working. The price listed is what we pay per week. We started out paying him $25 a week. After gas went up and everyone else raised their prices, he did not. He does such a good job and truly deserves more money, so we encouraged him to raise his rates.

We are very happy with the work that he did. He is a very conscientious and detail oriented young man. He has a creative side, but is very knowledgeable about what will grow and what won't. He has very good initiative.

I love Gerard's work. He is absolutely amazing. I never have to tell him to do anything. He will bag it up every time and set it by the back door because the city doesn't want it out to early. He has a key to our back gate and we trust him. He does a remarkable job. Gerard never went up on his prices after a year and we brought it to his attention and he said he does not raise his prices so we automatically just gave him a raise because we are so happy with him.
