Title Companies
They did okay. They made some mistakes. We had no choice who the title company was. We closed our property in the middle of March. I can't recall the price. We were the buyer and not the seller. The seller took care of the cost. They did not make sure all the documents were ready and available at the closing. Twice I had to say we can't do the closing as they had not got a survey. We had to reschedule the closing a few times as we did not have the necessary documentation. That should have been there job.
