They were responsive and did an excellent job. And we didn't have to wait weeks to get the work done. During installation, they discovered a few scratches on the laminate and rather than install and hope we didn't notice, they got a new piece. The countertop is beautiful and they left the kitchen free from construction dust and debris. I would hire them again.

I phoned HQ when the installer was 1 hour late, they never called me back. The installer showed up 3 hours late, could not speak English well, and was in a hurry, leaving laminate glue in some places, left a mess to clean up, otherwise, he did a fair job. I would recommend this company with some reservations.

The install crew did not arrive until 2:00PM on a Friday and did not finish until 8:00 PM. They removed all sinks, but did not re-install them. If they had explained this up front, I would have had my plumber lined up.
