Lacy-Boone Interiors is a full service Design/Build/Construct firm. It's principal owner is a registered Interior Designer (Licence #4403 TBAE) with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Her husband (MS in Accounting) acts as the General Contractor/Administrator. This unique, flexible team concentrates on providing functional and practical inights into the interior design and construction/renovation experience while building strong relationships with their clients. Together, they specialize in providing a design/build project that meets your budgetary expectations by utilizing their special knowledge of vendor resources. Their Construction Proposal features: A "Selection Day" at Wholesale Vendors with an Interior Designe at no cost to you. Cost Plus for Construction Related Items Only Detailed and Itemized Allowances Rebates for Selections less than the Allowance No Hidden Contingency Fees Stated Supervision Fees That Does No Increase Free Estimates One year Warranty on workmanship items A $2,000,000 general comprehensive liability policy with $1,000,000 of coverage for your project. LBI did excellent work for us in the past so we finally turned to them after another business wanted five figures and would not guarantee the leak would be fixed although they said "it's really not a lot of water." We worked with Randy Jarnigan and his experts to figure out the source of the leak. We just had a major rainstorm which would normally have resulted in a lot of water downstairs, but the fix held. It was a simple fix just some flashing and polyurethane foam after we determined where the leak had to be. Much less expensive than the other business we contacted. Highly recommend LBI not only for skill but for exemplary honesty, integrity and conscientious attention to detail.
Description of Work: Project: Waterproof Inspection / Certification Service we've had a leak around a patio door for over 10 years. this leak has damaged the door and area on the floor below. despite contacting numerous experts, we were never able to fix it.

Description of Work: They completely remodeled inside house including kitchen, two baths, wood floors/tile, paint throughout. Husband/wife team were excellent (She is an interior designer: couldn't have done the project without her vision and advice. He is a wonderful, hands on contractor.) I would definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: Lacy-Boone Interiors provides excellent service and craftsmanship. They remodeled almost 50% of our townhouse. Services included complete renovation of two master bathrooms, on the top floor and the first floor. They are willing to work on townhouses, which is difficult. In addition, they handle all the permits with the City of Houston very professionally. Their contractors are CRAFTSMEN. We have some of the most beautiful tile work I've seen. We were able to pick exactly the granite and tile we wanted. Everything turned out beautifully. They also did our spa tub which is delightful. They revamped the tile in our entryway to include a great decorative inlay. Painting was done throughout our house as well as our back external stairs and deck. We highly recommend them, they are professional and absolutely top notch. No surprises as to costs.

It is not an easy process for the homeowners, and as Leslie said the "usual" issues may come up, especially during an extensive remodel, but we all work together to get it handled. we first met about a year ago to design the first master bath. We started work in late May 2012 and were finished about mid July. Results were outstanding, so much so that we turned them loose on the first floor master. Even better results. There were some glitches mostly ours with two busy schedules, but they stuck with us.
Description of Work: Beautiful, high quality work on two different bathrooms. Top notch design with excellent results. The usual challenges of schedules, subcontractors, but the Jarnigans are consummate professionals. We have tremendous respect for their work ethic, talent and commitment to their customers.
