The support/service with this company has taken a step dive to the point I would not recommend anyone to use them for an install. Not sure what is going on but there are signs that there is trouble within the company. I have had two separate installs at my house by KW. The original install of 57 panels in April 2018 was great. For this reason I decided to install another 12 panels in November 2018. I contacted my original sales guy who did a great job on my original job. However, he told me he had left the company and provided me someone else to contact. I could never reach this guy and finally was told this guy left the company and I was put in contact with another sales guy. The 2nd guy took my information and stated he would provide a quote in a week. After 2 weeks had gone by I attempted to contact the 2nd guy only to find out he had left the company as well. So I was put in contact with a 3rd guy and guess what, yes he ended up leaving the company. However, he return after about 3 weeks and ended up completing my 12 panel install 5 months after I first started the process! Fast forward to now, and I now have an invetor that is out and I'm not getting production from half of my panels. A week has gone by and KW can't even get anyone out to look at the issue! So they have lost me as a customer but my fear is what happens if I have further issues with my system. Based on the turn over of people and the lack of service I'm worried the company is in trouble and may go out of business.
