 + -1 moreI can remember that he was a personable gentleman. I don't remember who it was. The work was not done but for what I did like in this was he's very pleasant. But I'm sorry I did not know the reason why the work was not done. I just don't remember. Nothing negative. I would use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: Repaired a water leak from a toilet and repaired the sheet rock that had been damaged. I also used him to install window blinds in a rental property.

 + 1 moreTom is professional, friendly and reliable. He has more than 35 years of experience in carpentry and his workmanship definitely showed his expertise. He attended to all the details and finished the project in a timely fashion. Everything is beautifully done and he never cut any corners. I have to say the price is very reasonable for such a job. He is really a gem that is little known in the city and I highly recommend him to the members.
Description of Work: Tom and his son, Tommy, performed major remodeling of my house. This includes the removal of 3 big windows in the front of the house, order and installation of 3 new windows in place of the old ones, install framing and water barrier to facilitate new windows, rebuilding of continuous baseboard and shoe-mold, paint baseboards, trim and walls in the Dining room, rebuilding of a new front porch with metal roofing, installation of new gutter and soffits for the new porch, replacement of the front door with a high quality Mahogany hardwood door with 3 coatings, repair of 5 wooden window frames, painting of 3 outside walls (double story), application of building permits from the city, inspection of the new construction by city inspector and removal of all trash.
