I will definitely hire them for my next remodel job. They worked with me each step of the way when remodeling my parents bathroom, paying close attention to each detail, including modifications needed for my elderly parents, while being very conscientious of my budget.

This company goes beyond expectations. The owner is super attentive and really cares about his clients. Hired them already for a 2nd remodeling project!

Omar promised to refinish the wood floors in my home; initially I thought he did an outstanding job, but within 4 months, I noticed the floors easily scratched. At first, I thought it was only in one area then I noticed scratches in every room. At 6 months, the floors showed noticeable damage. I tried to work it out with Omar for the next 4 months. He didn't answer my calls, and when he did, he offered no solutions. He blamed the damage to the floors on me! I lived in 2 other homes in the last 6 years with wood floors, I have the same furniture, and have the same 3-member family. I finally got 6 other contractors out to look at the floors, and they all told me that their wasn't enough polyurethane on to even cover the wood grain. I don't recommend Omar or his company as I feel cheated. He did not stand by his work on this job. He tried to run from problems instead of admitting blame and providing solutions. What a total waste of $3,300. Stay away and chose a different company.

Omar made this experience wonderful. He is professional, kind and his work is outstanding! I live out of state and I hired him to refinish the floors for my 82 year old mother. He treated her with upmost respect and her floors look magnificent. I would highly recommend him and his staff to friends and family!

Customer service oriented is the best way to describe my experience with the company's personnel. I have lived in 11 houses over the years. This translates into dealing with many, many contractors. AAA Floor Refinishing is one of the best. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Worried about the fading and gaps of my wooden floors, Mr. Sandless at AAA was confident that he could clean, repair and preserve them with his techniques. The fading shows, but blends (without a total refinishing and sanding); the gaps filled, my floors shine again with a touch of matted color! Great job!
