Tommy from Kindly Roofing was referred to me by a fellow neighbor. He came out and provided an estimate and promptly completed the work within the week. He communicated with me with the work through and sent pictures so I could see progress. He gave me a warranty which I had to use once and he promptly completed the work.

He did a good job

Was very professional and helpful. Went up on the roof and knew exactly were the leak problems were, patched it all up in one day and did it at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Kindly Roofing. Tommy was very responsive to our needs and understood what needed to be done to our very old leaky roof! The place was built in the 40?s and has def seen better days. So far we are finally dry inside even with the recent heavy rains and wind. This roof has leaked and been repaired many times by others and this is the first time it was fixed correctly! We are very appreciative!

Our commercial metal roof was 8 years old, and was having minor leak issues. He was to go over the entire roof and replace any rusted screws, and seal and areas to prevent future leaks. He also attempted to place a screen over the downspouts to prevent clogs from leaves. Three weeks later we had a very heavy rain. Result : THREE INCHES OF WATER IN 2/3 OF THE BUILDING. WELL ABOVE $100,000 IN DAMAGE He says he has no insurance, even though his card says he does.

My original call was returned quickly. He came out and gave me an estimate on job to be done and everything he'd do. Received estimate same day along with guaranty. I dealt with Tommy Lee and he has now done 2 projects for us and we are very hope with both of them.

Lone Star Seal Coating was very responsive to our needs, and to the weather conditions that caused disruptions with work on a large parking lot. Persistence paid off however, and we now have freshly sealed and re-stripped parking area. A job well done.

Got to us on time when other roofers held us up for weeks without a response came out gave us a estimate and finish the work the following week very satisfied definitely would recommend

BLACK MOLD Warning! Do not under any circumstances hire Mr. Lee for your roofing repairs. We made the mistake of hiring him back in 2022 to fix our front and back roof leaks, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Despite his claim of being insured and bonded, he is not. The first repair lasted only six months, and he had to come back again to perform repairs after several calls, texts, and emails. This time, the repair lasted for a year and a half, but now we are facing a serious problem with leaks. Our home has black mold growing in the living room, and other companies have quoted $13K to repair the damages. Mr. Lee is unresponsive to our calls, texts, or emails, leaving us with no other option but to take legal action against him. However, to make sure that others dont fall prey to his negligence and irresponsible behavior, I want to warn you. His Home Advisor; page has similar reviews posted about his pattern and experiences. If you have been victimized by Tommy Lee, please contact us so we can add you to the complaint. Our attorney said with enough complaints, we can take criminal action against him.

We paid Mr. Lee $11,400 to repair our commercial metal roof leaks. Not only did he not repair the leaks, he made the roof leak in many other places it had not leaked in before. It has caused damage to the carpet in our building as well as ruining displays in our building. He gave us a 6 year warranty on workmenship and materials. He came out the first time we called to complain about the roof still leaking ( worse) . He said he would make more repairs. He never did. He will not return our phone calls. He basically is a THIEF who stole $11,400 from us. He does not even deserve a 1/2 star review but that is the lowest offered. He needs to refund our money so we can actually get our roof repaired. He is supposed to be screened and approved by Home Advisor. He has basically violated Home Advisors code of ethics as he is not fair, honest, professional or reliable. They should remove him from their website. He does not deserve it.

Showed up the next day and were able to complete the repairs right away. Tommy was was to work with and a great guy. He even warranties his repairs which a lot of others haven't done for water in the past.
