Kilgore Pest Control

I hired this company two days ago to rid my home of rodents. Keith Kilgore came out and did a free analysis and offered me a price of $525.00 to set up traps, and he said he is available 24/7 no matter what day which was reflected in the higher price he was charging me but would not be billing me until all mice were successfully gone. The first day he set traps, one was caught in it, and it the mouse was still alive. It was 11PM and I called Keith Kilgore to come out as he said to just call anytime a mouse was caught in any of the traps as he lived right down the street. Not only did he refuse to come out he told me in no uncertain terms that I was not his only customer and that there would be a fee to come out. He also told me that it was my imagination and that this was not an emergency. His wife called me numerous times at just before midnight apologizing for "the way my husband spoke to you" and I also received some scathing nasty messages on social media from his wife at 2AM which I still have. In one of her messages she got very personal and told me that I must have charmed her husband to offer me more than they normally offer in services. Unbelievable. Buy beware.

The owner of the company came out and assessed the problem and discussed the best form of treatment. We also discussed how best to handle pests on an ongoing basis. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm excited to find someone in the neighborhood and on first meeting seemingly trustworthy.

I like them. They charge $92 per quarter, which is really really cheap, given what others in Texas charge. The last service was free because they had come out in April and we were having a problem and so we called. They just came out and did some targeted stuff. They'll come out again in July. It's a father and son outfit. They're really really nice people. So, the price is great and punctuality is incredible. He always texts and calls before he comes.

I used Kilgore Pest Control because they are a centrally located, independently owned small business; I was so impressed on how knowledgeable Keith, the technician was, pointed out problem spots and treated our home with care. Very professional and  consierate of my wood floors.  We signed up for the “Dollar A Day” pest control program so I feel like I got a real deal! They have “Exceeding Customer Expectation” on their advertisement that is a true statement for this new customer.
