I hired Kevin to design an apartment for my aging parents in my back yard after another architect completely botched the job. Kevin designed an apartment that was perfect for our needs AND in full compliance with my HOA requirements. He is very kind and friendly and his workmanship is impeccable. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any project.
