Received a response and stopped by for assessment same day. Received estimate soon after and price was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. They completed the job even with all the bees and wasps we didn't know we had. Hauled all trash off and the yard looked so good, the neighbors across the street says they need to clean up their yard to keep up! Drove right by the house because the grass was perfect where the dead tree was removed! Will use again for maintenance until house is sold. Thank you for helping our family out during this difficult time (father is on a liver and kidney transplant list) and for doing everything to accommodate us!

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! Sammy is very dishonest and a thief. He asked for a 60% down payment, $2,100, so so he could start buying materials. I gave him a check under his wife name, Kerry Perez, because he stated his bank would hold the funds for a week before clearing the check. He said would start the project on February 27th but he did not show up that day. He stated he was still busy with another and that was going to start on Thursday March 2nd, but did not show either, so i decided to cancel the project an asked him to returned the funds. As of today March 15th, he continuously makes false promises to meet me to return the cash advance and does not return phone calls. He is registered at home depot as a contractor and he was referred to me by them. Tomorrow i am planning to go to home depot and the police department to a file a complain.
