+ 2 moreReceived a response and stopped by for assessment same day. Received estimate soon after and price was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. They completed the job even with all the bees and wasps we didn't know we had. Hauled all trash off and the yard looked so good, the neighbors across the street says they need to clean up their yard to keep up! Drove right by the house because the grass was perfect where the dead tree was removed! Will use again for maintenance until house is sold. Thank you for helping our family out during this difficult time (father is on a liver and kidney transplant list) and for doing everything to accommodate us!
Description of Work: Complete cleanup of yard at rental property that was very overgrown. Included trimming hedges and trees, adding mulch into flower beds, removing overgrown vines on fence and hauling off all debris including dead plants in pots in backyard and removed dead tree in front yard.

+ -1 moreVery bad ; I guess a big job is more important than to cut ones grass when he had already promised to do it..I won't hire him again.
Description of Work: The first two times he came he did a really good job. But the third time I asked him to come but didn't show up because he had a big job and wasn't finished. Then hecame the following week and couldn't. Cut the grass cause it was too wet. He promised me he will be back by Thursday . Then he said he will be here Friday st 8 am . By 11 am I asked him if he was going to come and he said they were still working on the big job .. so the could not tell me.. I told him then that I would hire somebody else.. It had already been a week. A person who can't KEEP his own WORDs has no value,

+ -1 moreDO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! Sammy is very dishonest and a thief. He asked for a 60% down payment, $2,100, so so he could start buying materials. I gave him a check under his wife name, Kerry Perez, because he stated his bank would hold the funds for a week before clearing the check. He said would start the project on February 27th but he did not show up that day. He stated he was still busy with another and that was going to start on Thursday March 2nd, but did not show either, so i decided to cancel the project an asked him to returned the funds. As of today March 15th, he continuously makes false promises to meet me to return the cash advance and does not return phone calls. He is registered at home depot as a contractor and he was referred to me by them. Tomorrow i am planning to go to home depot and the police department to a file a complain.
Description of Work: A couple of flowerbeds and install some gravel in my back yard.

Description of Work: Hired them for lawn maintenance due to living at the softball field and met owner Sammy at that time. He is so friendly and easy going and offered suggestions to improve our yard. He spent lots of time with us, and you could tell he and his company are trust worthy people.
