Everything went very well; the crew was very courteous, hard working, punctual, and took good care of our belongings. Our move coordinator called daily to be sure everything was on track. We've been very pleased with this move.

Service was great. KC was on time and did a great job. The delivery in Fountain Hills was on time as promised three days later. Our new home was on side on mountain with no access for delivery truck. The delivery team worked very hard and without compliant unloading on a steep incline. The move went very well

The carrier grossly underestimated the space requirement, requiring an additional truck, which in turn extended the loading and delivery times.
Otherwise very professional. Took great care of our belongings, packed everything. Very friendly. Hired local crew in Columbus to unload.  We had very few items that were damaged (very much within the lints of what would be expected for a move of this magnitude). The company is working on repairing/replacing these items.

They were timely and professional.  Very little damage occured.  We decided to pack our own house and KC Sally helped us to accomplish this.

Eh.  They're ok.  I move frequently for my job so have a lot of experience working with professional movers.  They were better than some, but not the top of the line.  So far, I have found only one broken item (a mixer worth several hundred dollars that was shipped in the upright position instead of on its side), but many of the boxes wound up in wrong rooms.  Also, it was frustrating not being able to communicate with anyone on the packing team other than the driver (team leader) because they didn't speak English.  I was unable to give specific directions in various situations, resulting in some things winding up packed who-knows-where.  The unloading team on the other end was exceptionally friendly. 

Because my company pays, I have no idea what their price was.

They still have a bunch of things in their storage and the second part of the move has not happened yet.  They were responsive and organized.

I can't say enough good about these people. We had not used a professional mover before, being very hands-on (and cheap). But this was worth every cent. We could not have gotten our belongings cross country in the winter driving a truck ourselves.

Representative Bill Brock was thorough and professional, advising us on our preparations and identifying potential problems for our attention. On moving day, the crew was pleasant, courteous and efficient. They took excellent care of our belongings.
