I may have misunderstood, but I expected her to contact me. When I hadn't heard from her in several days, I happened to notice her phone number on the information sent to me by Angie's List. I called her and she knew nothing about my inquiry. After we worked through that problem, I hired her to tune my piano which hadn't been tuned in several years. She was 30 minutes late, but she called earlier to say she might be late. She apologized for having to charge me more than the regular price of $125, but she worked on my piano about 2 hours. I think it sounds fine. I plan to call her again for future tuning.
