DO NOT USE JUSTIFIED APPLIANCE 17455 FM 529 Our washing machine, bought there in November of '23, broke down 1 1/2 years in to its 3 year warranty. I called Justified appliance. They picked it up and when my wife called later to check on it, Mitch was "unjustifiably" rude. I stopped in the next day to find that it was ready and Mitch began being incredibly rude to me as well. After I exchanged a few words they agreed to deliver it. After it arrived home, I connected it to find it was still not working. I immediately called Justified appliance and I told Mitch it still wasn't working. He responded with "Yes it is. You're just F#*%ng with me". He refused to listen until I threatened to take him to small claims court. My son and I loaded the machine in my truck. My wife noticed that there were somethings different. We checked the serial number and found that this was not the same machine that we had originally. Same brand and model. Different serial #. When we arrived at Justified appliance I suggested to Mitch that he might have made a mistake. He tried to give me some BS about how his mechanic had to change the casing when he fixed it. We eventually settled for a refund. Rather than fixing our machine, they tried to pass off another one as ours. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They are ripoff artists and Mitch is extremely rude!

Justified had to order a part for an appliance we purchased that was malfunctioning. The part needed arrived and we were informed my Mitch that a technician would be able to come out immediately and make the necessary repairs. The technician was proficient and completed the installation in a timely manner. Thank you Justified Appliance for your outstanding customer service.

If you need a part for your appliances, do not use Justified. They charged me for a part, they gave me the wrong part. When I went back to get my money back they said that their policy is no refunds even if they screw up. So, they called First Source parts and supposedly ordered the part and had it put in will call for me, I went to pick it up and nothing, it was not in will call and they didnt call it in. I ended up just buying a new stove. They basically told me that Im screwed, that they didnt have $97 to give me anyway. I asked who the owner was so I could speak with him and they told me "some guy. It doesnt matter". They offered me a store credit. Great, thats what I need, a store credit at a place that I have only been to once in the 35 years I have lived in this area and a credit with a company that screwed me the first time I went in. They treat their customers with a smart a** screw you attitude and arent willing to make their own mistakes right.

The price was reasonable. When he left it still didn't work. We called them again and they came back to put in a computer board. It still didn't reset the temperature. The thing that got it working again didn't even require them to come out.

They have 3 yr. warranties instead of 1 yr. They replaced the dishwasher three times for me free of charge. The problem wasn't even their fault but they replaced it anyway.

They were on time. The dishwasher saved me money.

My washer is a few years old now, and no longer has a warranty, so when it stopped spinning on me I called a repair service to come, and take a look. Justified Appliances were recommended to me so I called them. The service man was great, he came out the next day, took a few things apart, was here only a short time, and said it was all fixed. I was very pleased, as I couldn't afford a new washer, and the service man only charged me $35 dollars. There hasn't been a problem since.
