It went very well and was finished quickly. All items were loaded without breakage of any part and without any injuries.

They did come and take all the junk; however, they did not do the sweep out of the garage that was to be included in the deal. Although this is not a major problem, I felt that they took advantage of the fact that I was not on the job site to do a rush job. After accommodating their multiple scheduling issues with no complaints, I was very disappointed and angry.
So if you use this service, hold them to their time schedule and be on the site to closely oversee the work to be sure you get what you paid for. Obviously, you should be on site when work is performed, but if you are accommodating the service providers issues then you expect them to be more honest in performing the job for which you paid.

They got here on-time, did all of the work that I had requested, and cleaned up after themselves.
