Julio Garcia Custom Paint & Remodeling

It always goes well with Julio. I have used him 3 or 4 times with great success. I started using him about 10 years ago and have called upon him for various work around my home over these years ranging from $1,500 to $27,000. It has always turned out very well and and quot;stands the test of timeand quot;.

Went very well. Julio is a master craftsman and has a keen eye for detail. His crew is excellent and they are all completely trustworthy. I don't even hang around most of the time because I can trust them to do what they need to do and never worry about them being in my home.

I wasn't that pleased with them. She was a little above the price that she had quoted me earlier but I didn't say anything since it was just $20 more. My carpet wasn't clean after they left, but it wasn't really their fault since the carpet was old. She was going to do some follow-up calls but I didn't get any. I did get an e-mail asking for donations for $5 for one of their sick relatives who passed away. I didn't really give her my e-mail address for that.

Fantastic. The crew was great and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. They were punctual and got right to work. They were very careful to keep the work area clean and were meticulous in their work. They are completely trustworthy and I usually left them alone in the house when I went to work so they could do their job without interruption. Julio was always right there with the crew. His crew was also fantastic and very diligent in their work. If we needed to make a change or asked them to redo something Julio was terrific about accommodating our wishes (for example we were going to hang our television on the wall and after Julio had the television on the wall my wife decided she didn't like it so he took it down and repaired the wall, for the third time since I had some wiring requirements we did first) . I've used Julio for over eight years but this was the largest project so far. I have some others we will do in the near future. He can do anything from a tiny piece of custom built furniture to remodeling the entire house, including pool and driveway. If he has jobs in front of mine I wait for him because he's well worth waiting for.
