Julian Ascencion

Description of Work: Affordable, Reliable, Dependable...this is Julian Ascencion's slogan and he certainly live by those words! Julian runs a family owned contracting business that by far exceeded all my expectations as far as customer service, excellence in quality, and completely reasonable pricing. We are in the process of selling our home and Julian was referred to us by a friend who has used his services numerous times in the past. We needed to get some general contracting work done on the house prior to putting it on the market so we had gotten a couple of bids. No one was as responsive, punctual, hardworking and affordable as Julian and his company! They did everything from painting all the exterior iron railings, to repairing damaged sheetrock and baseboards, interior painting, electrical repairs, and completely resurfacing, texturing, and then painting and outdoor roof deck. They were incredibly pleasant to work with and also efficient and clean in their workmanship. We had them come out again after the inspection to fix some minor exterior issues (calking, sealing, and painting) that were noted in the inspection report. Again, they came as soon as we called and got the job done in time to get ready for closing! I highly recommend this jewel of a company. I was almost hesitant to add this company to Angie's List because I have a feeling that their business will pick up as a result and I secretly would like to keep them all to myself :)
