Great communication and very easy to work with. Professional and when running late always let me know. Workmanship was awesome and they were very respectful of my things and cleaning up their mess. I couldn’t be happier with my quartz installation and would recommend and use again and will when I remodel my bathroom

Jose listed to what I wanted. He gave me several options to accomplish what we wanted. He gave me pricing on the options. When we decided on how to proceed he completed the work in the agreed to time. His pricing was very reasonable. The new bathroom counter top looks great.

Super unprofessional and unskilled. They never show up on time. The countertops were improperly installed, making them shift (because they do not even know how to glue and properly secure with screws a piece of plywood), moving around, and eventually showing cracks or scratches. They destroyed the walls, trim, and paint in the installation process. Jose, the owner, and his crews were absolutely not careful with the property. One of his crew members even vandalized the exterior wall on his way out. When first contacted to fix the issue, Jose was super aggressive, calling people names and telling them they were not good at all and did not know anything. The moment he received the money, he disappeared. His words are worthless, and he will not honor his warranty. When contacted the second time to fix the cracks and scratches, he never answered. Stay away from this business and be careful who you open your door for. They love belittling other businesses like Home Depot and Floor and Decor, saying that their workers are mediocre, but at the end of the day, these people, Jose from JT Granite and Marble and the unlicensed contractor Francisco from J & F Remodeling Services, who says JT Granite and Marble people are his guys and that he is basically the boss of them, with their poor work, showed us they are the real dishonest and mediocre ones! That man Francisco refused to give us receipts for any of the items he installed and just charged us whatever amount he wanted for the materials plus his labor, we found out that man was charging us way more than the real prices just to get as much money as he could from us, took with him the extra pieces of items he charged us for, did not not pay us for our expensive tile he broke and even gave us an expired warranty with the year 2022 and he is refusing to update the year to 2023 which is when he came to our place just a couple of weeks ago (and we need to submit this document to the house warranty, something we left him know but he simply does not care), of course after abusing our trust and getting from us as much money as he could just pretending to be a good person and appealing to pity with us to hire him, he does not want to be responsible of fixing his bad work. So do your research and do not hire bad, unprofessional people who promise you more than they can really deliver based on the false experience they assure you they have!

Courteous, prompt and professional. The only small issue I had was that there was some paint scraped off the wall during installation of one piece, other than that, no complaints.

All the job was fantastic

Did an excellent job on the countertops. The paint job was not so great. Great job getting the patio door installed, but still waiting for them to haul off the old door. Very nice guy and highly recommended for countertops and back splash.

Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service and attention to detail. Kudos to José.

Quality of work was good. They cleaned up afterwards and left the area straight. Jose could have communicated better in keeping me informed of his schedule to work on our job. Overall a pretty good experience!

Disappointed in the workman quality.

Jose Torres was great. He showed up on time, worked hard, and did a terrific job. I would recommend Jose and his company for you stone work. Bill D.
