Jimmy and his team did an excellent job on both my bathroom remodels. They are very helpful with the design and their work is meticulous!! They just completed the remodel of my kitchen-dining room and den; it is stunning. It is unbelievable to see the transformation!! JPS flooring personnel are courteous and professional and their pricing is reasonable!! I plan to use them again for my flooring in the bedrooms.

We were very impressed with him because he was very professional.  My customers were very pleased with him.  Their neatness and their customer relations really matter to us.  He knew how to talk to them, he got there early, and he cleaned up at the end of the night.  It was great.  We are going to have him do a $10,000 job next.  My boss has been in this industry for awhile but he was very impressed with his professionalism.  His prices are excellent; he beat all of my quotes.  If he doesn't take my call the first time, he calls back within ten minutes.

Jimmy Shatara, the owner, who learned his craft from his father, arrived on time,early in fact to provide an estimate for the work. He gave us the name of a good place to shop for flooring. He worked with us with regards to our budget. We were working within a tight window of time and he was accommodating to our schedule. They worked very long days and into the evenings to complete the work before we moved in. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. We get compliments from everyone. During the work process, he called to discuss the fact that the walls were not square and gave guidance and suggestions on how to proceed which turned out beautifully. The guys were polite, professional and cleaned up everyday when they left. Best experience we have ever had with home repair/remodeling work...and we have had numerous homes that required work.

JPS installed 1000 sq ft of wood flooring in my home. Prior to the installation, Jimmy the manager, was able to quickly find flooring I liked based on the description I gave him. Once my flooring was selected, he explained what the job entailed and how he would accomplish the job. He also provided me with a written estimate. Jimmy was on the job site every day to check the work and to answer all my questions. He was careful to make sure I was knowledgeable and comfortable with the entire process. The installers were on time, professional, and efficient with their use of time. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves after each day?s work. When the job was finished they had me inspect their work to ensure I was satisfied. The results were beautiful floors. I am very happy with JPS, and would use them again. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to have wood flooring installed.

Jimmy met us on time to provide an estimate, gave us advice on a great place to select the flooring. He saved us money by ordering it himself and worked with us on the price for installation & trim. He was totally true to his word with regards to professionalism and estimated time. They showed up early every morning and worked until 7 or so each day. They were patient with our questions and went beyond expectations to make everything look beautiful. When it was clear that the foundation and floor on the 2nd story were not even close to being level, he discussed the amount of floating required before proceeding. When it was also very clear that the walls were not straight on the 2nd floor and would make installing the 5" hardwoods difficult, he conferred with us and suggested making the adjustment at the threshold by using a transition piece in order to keep the flooring straight. The stairs' bullnose segments were custom made and stained to match the hickory floors/stair treads and risers. Every detail was completed to beyond satisfaction. He and his team are nothing less than total professionals and perfectionists! They finished in record time of 4-1/2 solid days. They left the house as clean as possible considering all the sawdust and hauled away all of the debris, including the old carpet, etc. We couldn't be happier with the results.
