Description of Work: painting and cleaning of exterior of house and replace wood with hardy plank.

Description of Work: I made the mistake of hiring Joy Clean to pressure wash my home because the price was so reasonable. I asked the worker, Eric, to please be careful of the plants. He assured me that there would be no problem. The next day I noticed a residue on the windows and glass doors. Then I noticed that my plants were turning brown and dying. I contacted John Dillard, the owner, who rudely told me(without even hearing me out or surveying the damage) that he was not responsible. After I insisted that he come see for himself, he came by and had a shouting match with my husband. My landscaper gave an estimate of $150, and Mr. Dillard reluctantly agreed to pay. However, he subsequently told us that he would only pay $80. To date, I have received nothing, and every exchange with him has been strange. One moment he apologizes and says he will pay, then he shouts and hangs up the phone - he is impossible to deal with.
