JOSHUA'S PAINTING

Well I found this company just getting the number posted on the van. When they came to give me an estimate, they told me $1400 to paint everything inside and the trim, garage and front door on the outside. Inside they decided not to paint the entire ceiling. The head guy told the other guy to "just paint lines" so it would look painted.(You know the shadows you see. That is how he painted. Because my house was already white, there were numerous spots missed.(My original paint was a flat paint, and I bought semi-sheer, but he just painted some parts and not others. Oh, by the way, I also had to buy my own paint. My house is only 1400 square feet. He had told me he would do the entire house for $1400, but only did parts -for example the living room -but not the ceiling) and part of the kitchen etc, etc. I say parts because again there were numerous missed parts. On the exterior, I plainly told him he would have to prime the areas, but two years later, the paint is coming off and there was no prime, not even on my steel door. I would try to get them on the phone, and they would not return phone calls. He would come here and paint a while and then take off in his van, and obviously go and paint somewhere. It was a terribly expensive waste. Now two years later, I am having to have this all done again. I would have thought they were out of business, but they left a flyer in my door a couple of months ago. I could not believe it!

He showed up to do the estimate when he said he would. He did have the lowest estimate. The job was done really well. I would use him again for a painting job.

Very professional and polite. Work was done in a reasonable time and very reasonably priced.

WHEN ASKED TO RETURN AND TOUCH UP, THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT ABOUT IT.
