Johnson Realty Inspection

Mr. Johnson performed the inspection in the home and then disappeared, not responding to any form of contact from text, phone calls, or email for several days. The customer who hired him, who I represented professionally as a realtor, then became concerned that he had run off with her money, so she notified her credit card company of her concern, as anyone would do. Mr. Johnson reappeared several days later, provided the report only after she had been forced to hire and pay for another inspector, and then sent her an additional bill in excess of $1600, (for an original $400 of work) citing that she had violated the terms of their agreement by notifying her credit card company of her concern when he disappeared for several days and did not provide the inspection report she paid him for. He is now threatening her and telling her she owes him in excess of $2000 for work he did that she could not even use because she had to hire another inspector.
