He did a great job. They came to my house and picked up my chairs. They returned them and did a great job.

My only complaint about the final product is that one of the 4 slip covers is a little short. Thankfully it's at the back of the bed so no one will really notice but they were only slightly off. I think the slip covers look fantastic. Also be sure to get an invoice of the estimate. I went by what Johnny quoted me over the phone but once I went to pay it was almost $100 more than what he originally told me. Thankfully I was able to find an e-mail where he quoted me a range (which was still within the amount they tried to charge me) so they brought the price down some. The price is really great considering the quotes I received from other places but just make sure you get an estimate in writing.

Good. Johnny was always on time and kept to his committed time-frame for completion.

He told me to sit on them for 6 - 8 months. The owner’s son, Vincent Diaz argued with me so much about this. That is my main complaint. They finally put my original stuffing back. I would not hire them again because he was so argumentative and rude.

I called Johnny on a Saturday morning and he was at my house with fabric samples within a couple hours. He had asked questions about the type of work that I needed, and I found a fabric sample that I really liked.

They were really terrific to work with. They went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. We had an old 70's fiberglass furniture set, which isn't your usual piece of furniture to upholster. He really worked with us to get it right and didn't charge us for any changes they had to do after the fact. I liked that they were family owned company. The approximate cost is just for the labor.

They came out, gave me a quote, asked very good questions I hadn't considered. I had a very limited amount of fabric that I wanted to use and he was able to created from that the piece of furniture that I wanted him to make.

They also didn't charge me extra for buying my own fabric online and were very complementary about its quality and price. They came out and gave me an estimate and checked out and approved of the fabric samples. When they came to get the recliner, they brought a guy who could fix the sectional. He gave very good explanations about the layers of fabric, etc. and did a great job. The recliner is now functional and beautiful. They reshaped and streamlined the arms and polished the legs so it looks much nicer.
