They hurried s up and sold me services but failed to produce my before and after photos that I requested several times. I requested them from the salesman and then customer service. So, it appears they have no care for customers.

Came out really quick from the time we called them. Got the crew to come out same day of quote.

I hired John Moore for a two-fold problem I was having. I needed a fogging treatment for mosquitoes and gnats and I also had pest control done for crawling insects. From past experience with flying insects another treatment is necessary and has been scheduled. So far the situation is improved and will hopefully be gone after another treatment.

I hired JOhn Moore for bee removal from my chimney. They came out and quoted for the bee removal including some silicone and a one time pest control spray. The quote with tax was an inflated $1677.88 which they wanted payment before any work had even been scheduled. After the tech came out to perform the service, he discovered the bee's had relocated so no bee removal was necessary. I requested a re-quote to reflect the bee removal cost that was not performed and was advised by the tech that there would be no "re-quote" especially since payment had already been collected. That is poor business practice and completely contradicts the t.v. commercials message of "let us earn your business" Clearly, John Moore only cares about the money, not the customer experience. I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know of how I got scammed by John Moore!!

The John Moore services representative, Michael, who came to our home to assess and provide an estimate for the removal of a bee colony from my attic was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He explained what our problem was, he explored our options with us, and he seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted to happen and when we wanted it to happen. Jose, who actually came out the very next day to remove the bee colony was so professional. He was thorough, he assessed, he reassessed, he was on time, and he did a good job of matching the sealant product to our exterior paint job. He communicated with us throughout the process, including scheduling follow up visits after one day, and one week. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience and highly recommend John Moore Services.

The Sr Tech that came out was top notch. He called prior to coming out and did a great job. I hired John Moore because of their reputation and they did not disappoint us! I will have them do more jobs for me in the future.

Initial appointment and service was good. The service included 2 follow up visits to check traps. They missed the first follow up and had to be contacted. We were not made a priority even though they missed the appointment. After they finally checked the traps the firsr time, a second checking was scheduled. They missed this one, too. I have now been trying for 2 days to speak with manager. Still no phone call and no second trap check. Is this the kind service you would expect for $2500?

Have not removed the dead animal they promised to remove from the ceiling of our building it has been months and now the whole building wreaks of death and they never treated the ceiling for fleas. We have some important meetings coming up related to my husband?s business and now we are in a difficult situation because inviting people to view art in a building that smells like a rotting animal isn?t pleasant for anyone.
