I would use them again in the future. The waiting area has coffee, donuts, ipad stations, very comfortable. It takes about an hour to get the oil change. I would recommemd them to someome looking for an oil change.

I use them periodically.

It was free. I did not have to pay for anything. They were good, they were real good. Quality was good. I have had places where oil is dripping out of the bottom of the car when you are are done but not this place. We got in and out very quickly. They did a good job. Punctuality was good. Professionalism was very good. I would use them again next time we need an oil change.

I usually go there once a year. But, usually I get my oil changed once a year. It's just a quality service. The workers are always good to me. It's usually by appointment, but for an oil change maybe an hour.

I hate waiting for an oil change.

This car my wife handled. She had just brought one the year before and I told her she didn’t need one, but she wanted one. “Well go do it, you feel that’s what you want, go do it!” She wasn’t there but a couple of hours. She has purchased about 4 of them in the last 5 years.

They have two different areas that you go to. If you're getting like oil changes they have the quick lube place that you go to but if it's a major type of thing then you go into their bigger area so it's generally pretty quick. I stay with the car and that's all that this has needed is just general maintenance and there has been no problems with it at all. The car was ready exactly when they said.

We had it for 10 years and then we have another Honda Odyssey which we've had since 09. The quality of service is always great. They put me in with a certain serviceman and everything works great. I didn't spend a ton of time haggling. We traded our car in. We paid cash for both of our cars.

We would use them again in the future.

They did a little more work than just the oil change. I would recommend them and they recommended to me. The workers were courteous and professional.

Fine like most car sales dealers.  we went in and told them what we were looking for and luckily they had one to fall into that category.   after the usual haggling we got the deal done.  nothing special.

We have always used the Express Center for oil changes.  It wasn't until we were blessed to have Mike Ma as our service advisor and he made us aware of an outstanding recall on our vehicle.  He printed up the info for the recall and stapled his business card to the info and told me it would be covered at no cost  whenever I wanted to get it repaired.  How could I have been taking the same vehicle to the same place for years and no one else bringing to my attention the outstanding recall that had been available for years?
We only deal with Mike now because he cares about the customer and you can't pay an employee enough to care.....that comes from their character and heart.
