John and his brother, Daniel, did a beautiful job restoring the terrazzo floors in our 1970s era home (approx. 900 sq. ft.).  They also helped my husband to cut a trench in the kitchen slab to add a conduit run to an island location.  Afterwards they repaired the area by pouring new terrazzo with marble chips nearly identical to the original.  The floors now shine beautifully and we are very pleased.  It is obvious these two have a passion for continuing their family's history of terrazzo restoration.  Would definitely recommend to anyone needing terrazzo restoration/repair work.

It went beautifully....very professional, work done in a timely manner. They moved furniture, put it back. John and his stepson did all the work. Could not have asked for anyone nicer or a better job.

JEAN PIERRE responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He offered for me to see his work at a previous client's home (with the client's permission, of course). The work was completed with results I didn't think were possible. My terrazzo is about 10 shades lighter. Nail holes were restored to near original color. Jean is a trustworthy man who takes pride in his craft. I highly recommend him to restore your floors. I will definitely use his services again.

John and his helper, his nephew, came on time, moved out our washer and dryer (and moved them back and reconnected them), did no damage and did a great job on the floors.

John was supposed to come on a Monday but couldn't make it until Tuesday; he was a little late that day. Allow some flexibility in scheduling. He worked fast though. The floors look amazing! Shiny, white, like marble. If you have old dull terrazzo tiles in your 1960-ish house, call John Calarco. It's less expensive than putting in a new floor, and a really nice result. He also seems like a really nice person.
