Another company had said there was a problem with the bob, but Joe Meyer's realized it was a wiring issue. I like the idea that they wash your car when you take it there. They are punctual, friendly and get the job done.

0 stars - in my experience worst service in Texas. I made an appointment for Friday at 10:30AM - received several auto generated emails. When I got there nothing had been looked at, nothing booked, it was as though the appointment meant NOTHING. I was told several items needed to be looked before they could give me an estimate. The work could not be done on Friday but they would call. Monday 9:30AM I have heard nothing. I called. Someone would get back to me. 10:30AM I called and by 11:30 AM I told them to call immediately that I was certain that the truck would not be done on Monday since by noon they had not started it. Nothing but and quot;I'll call you backand quot; and transfers to service managers voice mails. I tell one of the and quot;I'll call you backand quot; people and one voice mail that they are no longer authorized to do anything but inspect the car and send the shuttle so I can pick it up. Noon I get an email and a call all at once. The estimates are VERY high. So no action on the truck until I start getting upset Mid-Monday then an outrageous estimate. 12:30 no shuttle. Service Director calls and says that because of my language they will not inspect the truck and that I owe them a great deal. They will zero it out so we can go our separate ways and because of a and quot;stormand quot; they have flooding and the shuttle isn't running. I live within a few miles of them. A brief shower, no flooding. Here is the estimate and then my email with and quot;the languageand quot;.

Dear Joe and Cindy
I am picking the truck up Monday afternoon authorizing only the inspection. I have not had any communication about this until this email from a 10:30AM Friday appointment. I have had three calls go unanswered and only received this email once I let a service manager know how upset I am at your service. Keeping the truck since Friday but only getting an estimate until Monday at noon is not acceptable. An appointment there means absolutely nothing. I was told it would not be done on Friday but to not have it looked at until I throw a fit on Monday is absurd. You won't see my business again for this or for the new truck I was contemplating buying. I am reporting this as a bait and switch service scam to the attorney general's office. I am posting on social media. Congratulations on your inept service consequences.

Bought Transit Connect from the Fleet Sales. Bill Wunderlich was the salesman and he is terrific.
Maintenance performed was a warranty transmission replacement. No problems.
Sync warranty repair went well.
I have the extended warranty and if you have the work done here, if you bought you vehicle here, there is no
charge for deductable. Saves $200
Oil change done a couple times, No problem there either.
They will give you a ride home if your repair takes more time than you care to wait.

I am very happy with them. They are quick, get your car back in a timely manner and do what they say they are going to do.

I went into Joe Meyers Ford at 7:45PM located on 290 in NorthWest Houston on July 28th 2012. My wife and I recently had our third kid so I had a short time to buy a truck. When I went in all the sales people were gathered in a circle playing with there phones asking if they could leave. When one finally helped he ask me if I was wasting his time. After finally finding there 4x4 SLT's I made an offer. The sales Manager said no and then I saw him in the parking lot leaving on my way out.

I have bought all of my cars from him over the past 30 years. It always feels like I get a good deal and the service is great.
