"[Member Name Removed]'s review is not a fair summary. We provided [Member Name Removed] an estimate that detailed product used, including the brand. In addition, we texted him the name of the brand & product. It was explained that this product is unique; it provides excellent protection with low VOCs. It is also not available for retail purchase. We referred him to a restaurant that used this product on their stairs; this restaurant has heavy regular traffic. It was explained that the same materials and process performed to the restaurant stairs would be used on his stairs. The restaurant stairwell experiences several thousand patrons each month in traffic, more than most home will experience over several years, and the restaurant stairs remain in great condition. This is why we believe the product recommended, including manner of application, is a great solution for [Member Name Removed] needed time from initial engagement to remove stairs himself; it is not my custom to rush homeowners. The turnaround from each stairs being taken to being returned was longer than if we worked on them in the house but we did as requested. [Member Name Removed] never reached out with an issue or complaint regarding the quality of the work; if he had, we would have resolved. These projects cost money and time; we respect that and work hard to provide a quality product."

"What is most disappointing about this review is we sent the estimate to the homeowner multiple times during the course of our interaction. We also followed up with him on several occasions after the initial email was sent, leaving voicemails. The homeowner communicated that he was hoping to start the work sooner vs later and we prioritized accordingly. After sending the estimate and calling several times, he did call us back irate, yelling, asking where his estimate was. We apologized, checked the email address, it was correct, and communicated the date / time the estimate was emailed. He could not find in his inbox. We resent. We did not hear back and thought he decided to proceed with another vendor. Regardless, we followed up to touch base. He was upset that it took us so long to call; it is important to note that we had called and emailed multiple times before this interaction with no response. This review does not reflect our work nor does it reflect our diligence in customer interaction, as our other reviews demonstrate."
