Scope: Replaced all plumbing risers (sink, water closet and tub) and returned to complete hookup of all three items after tile work was done. Single lever shower valve was installed incorrectly creating loop that cut off hot water to other rooms. Supervisor tried to blame our water heater and stalled us for over a week. Real reason for the delay was because he had used a contract crew and wanted them to fix their work (2 weeks later).

I thought he charged too much to dig a hole in my back yard, but he was about $1,000 less than anybody else I called so I was very happy. I have plumbing again so his service was effective. They showed up when they said they would. They leveled the trench they dug in my backyard which I appreciate. I will use him again in the future.

He did show up on time and did a great clean-up. I don't remember what the price was but I thought it was really high.

Smooth operation;Peter and Chavez did the work. I called about just two of the drains that were clogged but they went ahead and checked all four without being asked. They were both very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Have not had any further problems with the drains not working.

There was a leak in our water line. We also had a backed up sink so we called Joe Nettles to do the plumbing work. He really knows his work. He was very thorough in checking our lines and unclogging the sink. The price was very reasonable and we will call him again if we need any plumbing work in the future.
