The service was never done, after the experience I had there was no way I was letting anyone from this Jiffy Lube location near my vehicle.
The only person at this location that seemed in anyway concerned that a customer was upset was the owner. At one point when I was speaking to him the employees that I was complaining about were standing in the bay laughing.

I've been getting my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube location since ~ 2005. I moved to West U. a few years back and even though there is another Jiffy Lube on Holcombe - I still come to the Shepherd location. The manager (might be the owner, I'm not sure) is always on site and his staff are clearly well-trained and professional. If a filter needs replacing they suggest it - if not they tell you that too.

Great service as always i get there they check all fluids, vacuum my car, check wiper blades, clean windows and check my radiator.
They asked if i wanted my head lights cleaned and i really needed them cleaned I own a 2001 Lexus RX 300
