We contacted Jenifer Somich based off of a friends recommendation and her already outstanding reviews. Upon the first phone call, the Somich team was very professional and helpful. After I called, Jenifer showed up to talk to Mom about selling the house (after 60 years, Mom was really attached but had decided she didn't want the responsibility of home ownership any longer).  Jenifer treated Mom professionally but gently and VERY respectfully, explained the options to Mom.  Jenifer was willing to leave after the initial meeting; we allowed Mom to have time to process the information.

Once Mom said "Go", Jenifer and Ryan were back at the house, spent a lot of time explaining the contract so Mom would fully understand what she was signing.  Immediately, they got busy ordering a HUGE sign for the yard so the house would get plenty of attention, they put it on the web right away, then after someone came in to stage it (so cute), they re-photographed with a professional and put a ton on photos on HAR.com.

The house showed several times a day for about a week.  We got some "unusual" offers and Jenifer walked thru those with Mom after sending documents via e-mail.  Once we had a "Real Deal", Jenifer made it happen quickly to enable Mom some relief from the process.  Jenifer came to the closing to be with Mom to make sure Mom understood every single paper that was signed, all the while re-assuring Mom that everything was good (and it WAS good).  She made Mom feel special and empowered to sign the papers and walk away proudly.

She did all that and Mom's property was just a little old house - but it was presented like a $Million property, just like she said she would.  It was awesome!!!!

I'm so LUCKY to have found Jenifer Somich.  If I have another house to sell, I'll surely call her first.
