The installation went very well. Jeff was very thorough and had the job done properly and in minimal time.

Jeff is my "go to" plumber. Fair, honest, and reliable.

30 minutes later my drain was unclogged and he ran a snake 75 feet all the way to my main sewer line to make sure the clog was completely gone. We ran the water for 15 minutes to make sure it was all clear. He was neat, organized, and friendly.

Did a great job. Even cleaned the floor around the toilet afterwards.

Extremely happy with everything. Communication was very easy from the initial call to scheduling and performing the job. Jeff works on his own (with his wife handling phones, I believe), and does good quality work at a fair hourly rate, plus materials. He prides himself on showing up on time, which he did, and I saved a lot of money. I will absolutely go to Jeff for my plumbing needs going forward. He has also been very helpful in referring honest and affordable colleagues in other trades. Many thanks Jeff.

The service was perfect. He came out and it took him a couple of hours to complete the job. I would say he is great, honest, does what he says he will and is really good. We have used him for about three years and have no complaints..

Jeff arrived promptly at 10AM per our appointment. He was able to fix the problem easily and quickly. My wife used to use Jeff at her old townhouse (French Village in Spring Branch) for plumbing issues before we were married. This was the first time I had ever met him though. It is very apparent from talking to Jeff that he really loves what he does, and he has a passion for doing things the right way. It's also obvious that he is very honest and fair, and HATES to hear stories about people that are taken advantage of by other plumbers. I will definitely use Jeff again for both my rental and my home.

When we called Mr. Kilpatrick that morning, his dispatcher (I believe it was his wife), told us he might not be able to come out until, that afternoon. My wife was stressing out, because we only have one toilet for the whole house. Surprisingly, Mr. Kilpatrick arrived an hour later (around 10:00 AM) and had the whole job completed in less, than an hour. He was prompt, courteous, and pleasant. He suggested that we consider installing a breakout at some point, because the only access to the main line is from our roof vent. This would save us time and money in the long run. I would certainly consider Mr. Kilpatrick for future plumbing work. He was professional, prompt, and for my money, a bargain.
