It took 6 months to see little progress with the build. Most issues that were obvious could have been addressed early by the builder however even though we continuously advised them of plot issues etc. they waited till the last moment and then somehow they were my issues. The upgrade prices were outrageous. This builder is not well staffed, is not really semi-custom even if they insist they are they simply don't listen. After 7 months we gave up.

Great. Would definitely consider buying another home from them in the future, though I don't foresee us leaving the wonderful home they built for us.

THEY BUILT A VERY SOUND HOME. ANY PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD HAVE BEEN HANDLED PROMPTLY AND THEY HAD VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN ALMOST ALL ASPECTS.
