6 weeks late, install mis-matched granite, removed old tile backsplash but refuse to install new backsplash. Showed up at 9:00 AM and did not finish until 4:00 AM. Will not return calls.

I bought some from a company. They came out to our house and measured for it. I wrote him a check and he said it would be about three weeks but it ended up being about six weeks instead. They told me I needed a cashiers check to have them finish it that day. This was the first time anyone told me I needed to have that instead of a check and it was on a Saturday when the banks are closed. We insisted that we would pay them a check as we did before. They finally showed up around 2 pm and worked on it all night! They said that the countertops were going to be custom made but they ended up being just like what I could have ordered in any store. The pieces do not match evenly. They will not come back and redo the back splash and they have not returned to do that. They still have my money on that. The lady I have talked to on the phone was extremely rude and I would never recommend this company.________________________________________
