Overall, it is a well-run nail establishment.  Compared to others, they have a clear commitment to hygiene, with sanitized/sealed instruments for each client.  They do a nice job on the manicure/pedicure, and they allow for both to be done at the same time (hence a good time saver).  Recently, there have been changes in the front desk staff, which means that making an appointment is somewhat of an ordeal.  Hopefully, that will improve and get back to where it was before.  Overall, nice experience.

A little pricey for a pedicure, but it was good quality and very clean.

I've been going to this salon for 8 years. I wanted a place that disinfected everything . I first asked for a tour and explanation of staff training on cleaning. I never request a particular employee - so I have had many of their employees work on my nails through the years. They are always very pleasant and always do a great job on my feet and hands. I have found staff more than courteous. Twice I have left my diamond ring in their bathroom and both times they found it and kept it for me until I returned.
However, they are on the expensive side and on July 1, they went up again on their prices. I'll be looking for another nail salon just because of the higher price now. It was high before - and now it is getting beyond being and quot; a little bit higherand quot;.

After waiting 25 minutes and being the one of two clients in the salon with a full staff doing nothing it was awful. The staff was so rude. You do not need to speak a different language to know they are talking about you. Instead of being put in the main room for a manicure I was sent to a small hot corner where I waited - on purpose to the delight of the women. Horrifying ecperience. I had been going there for 2 years at the main location and these same women rotate locations. My regualr girl was not there and they thought they could treat me poorly. They lied to the owner that I was difficult - I was not - in fact I was very patient given being treated terribly.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 5-10 min to be seen (not unsual). I get a pedicure every other month so I don't have a regular nail tech I prefer, but I've never had a problem with any of the nail techs I've had. She spent extra time on my callouses and foot/calf massage and recommended a beautiful nail color. My feet always look and feel great after my pedicure and the polish lasts at least 3 weeks. I'm happy with Isle Pedispa and will continue to go for my sugar free pedicures!

Let me first admit that we arrived about 7 minutes late. I apologized, and then we waited another five minutes to be shown to the little side room where we would have our manicures. My manicurist immediately complained that because I was late, it would be impossible to do a shellac manicure because it takes a full hour. I apologized again for being late, but was annoyed because I had clearly made the appointment in advance for shellac removal and reapplication. If time is so tight to do a full proper manicure then they should have allowed more time for my appointment. Sometimes people get stuck in traffic or their clocks are just set differently. They certainly should have made sure that they didn't waste an addition 5 minutes keeping me waiting if time was that critical.

Finally the manicurist did agree to do the shellac, but she was unfriendly for the entire hour. She finished with extra minutes to spare and I thought the manicure looked fine, but when I got home I found that the tips of my nails were filed smaller than the actual width of the bed of my nails, so that they had a ridge. I had to refile them so that they didn't catch at the ridge. Also, when I removed the shellac (because I am not returning!), I found that she had filed down my nails so thin that they are peeling and several have broken.

I also will not be returning because the chair in which I received the services was so huge that I could not sit back and have the work done. They did the manicure and pedicure at the same time, so I had to sit at an awkward sideways angle so both women could reach me. They provided pillows but not enough so that I could actually sit against the back of the chair. Not a relaxing experience!

On a positive note, the pedicure I received was excellent, as were my daughter's regular manicure and pedicure. My feet are still feeling great and look good almost three weeks later.

They do a great job but it's on the expensive side. They have semi private rooms in the box, so it's a fun place to take your daughter or a friend.
