The final product is excellent. The fence was custom designed with an 8 foot high section as well as a 6 foot high section. We had a privacy screen installed on part of the fence near our pool. It all came together quite nicely. I would recommend this company.

The crew were prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough.  They examined the gate and determined the cause of the gate failure and had it repaired promptly.  They then tested the gate to make sure it was functioning correctly.  I was very impressed by the services and the reasonable charge for the service call.

They came out the same day I called to bid the job.  They told me how long it would take to get the railing made.  They came back promptly at the time they said the railing would be available.  The work crew were efficient, courteous and tidy.  The job was done in one day.

Within a few days of the work Iron Access performed on our driveway gate, the gate stopped working.  It drags on the driveway and eventually stops moving due to the friction generated from the base of the gate dragging on the concrete.  In addition, the gate now hits the post instead of closing flush which renders the "maglock" they installed useless and inoperable.  Finally, the maglock electronic board they installed burned out a few weeks ago and no longer works at all.
I elevated the issue immediately with Iron Access.  Several attempts were made to have them fix the problems their crew created by incorrectly adjusting the gate.  Their crew and sales rep actually admitted that the work should have never been done in the first place because their crew did not think they could do a satisfactory job.  They should have informed me of this before doing inferior work, taking my money and leaving the gate in worse condition compared to how they found it.    
Since that time, a new company has fixed the problems Iron Access created which cost me extra $1000+ beyond what Iron Access already charged.
These guys are NOT a reputable company and should be avoided.

Initially, the technician arrived after dark to diagnose my driveway gate failure when it was impossible to see the workings of the gate.  When they came back the next day during daylight hours they said I needed a new $862 operating arm and motor for the gate.  The following day my husband went out to have a look at the gate and tried to make it close and miraculously it closed perfectly.  Since electrical motors don't heal themselves we can only conclude that the motor and arm are fine.  There must be another issue - perhaps an electrical one such as a short which I am told Iron Access does not handle.  Lucky for us that we didn't order and have installed that expensive arm - cause they misdiagnosed the problem from the start!
 When I informed Michelle of this she didn't apologize for the mistake but when requested she did close my ticket so that I will not be billed for the service call.

We have an iron fence instead of wooden privacy fencing surrounding our back yard.  I suspect the lawn crew banged their lawnmower, probably week after week, driving it into the backyard.  Well, at the end of the day, the bottom hinge on the gate was completely broken, causing the gate to hang awkwardly but just the top hinge.  I called Iron Access, spoke to Michelle, and was able to schedule them to come out to do the repair the next day, which was important because I had already taken that afternoon off of work and did not want to take more vacation time.  She was very friendly and explained their hourly pricing.  Because of the weight of the gate and the fact the hinge would need to be welded for the repair, a 2 man crew was required.  They came out as scheduled and performed the job in about 30 minutes.  The gate now works perfectly!

It was a great experience.  They were finished in less than 30 minutes including repainting the wrought iron.

Very responsive service and an excellent product. We have only had two small repairs since then, and they did a great job on both repairs. For the last repair, they were here and had the unit repaired within three hours of when I called them.

Builder did not leave new owner gate code. We called Iron Access by looking them up on the Internet and asked them to come and reset gate code. They were going to do it for free and supply handbook for future use to reset our own code. They found out that they were the original installers of the gate and came out in 24 hours. Very professional and generous. Please use this company -- you won't be sorry.
