Invisible Fence of Greater Houston

It works great. They can't go far. It was expensive. It took about a couple hours for service to be done.

Great! They installed our fence, trained our dog and have quickly answered any questions that we have had since then.

The dispatcher, Barbra is very rude and bossy. She did not explain that the tech would only have one hour to service my yard. She gave all kinds of reasons why the tech would have to come back on a different day. She told me to quit talking and that she was going to hang up. Very abusive. I have ALS and I can't speak plainly and she treated me very rudely. I contacted the corporate office.
Unfortunately I am stuck with this company because they are the only ones in Houston.
I love my Invisable fence. I can't be chasing my dogs around.
They just need a compassionate dispatcher.

It was great. They did a good job for me. Everything was really good.

The installer dug and placed the wiring under the ground to the layout we wanted.  The installer was great with our 4 dogs.  He was very patient with them.  He walked the whole perimeter of the enclosed area with each one.  I am glad that i didn't have to introduce my dogs to the fence.  The collar corrects the dog if it crosses the fence line.
The cost of the fence is not that expensive.  It's the cost of each collar that is a little on the pricey side.  Still worth the peace of mind.

Invisible Fence (IF) was very flexible for the installation date.  The home was new construction and IF worked with us on the installation date even though the date changed a number of times.  The installation process was efficient.  After the installation, the training and follow up has been very good.  The management of the company has worked with us to quickly resolve a couple of issues.  I would recommend IF to others.

It went great.  I have had to call the company with questions several times since the installation.  They are always very responsive and give me various options for the questions I am asking.  Recently the collar our dog wears wasn't working and they did some trouble shooting that day to fix a problem with a collar that was still under warranty.  This product has saved my sanity.  I no longer have to worry about my dog getting out of a fenced yard.  I need to mention that our back yard is totally fenced, but our persistent and very smart beagle learned many ways to escape within the first hour of being in this home.   I looked at several options and this was the best choice for us.

We have a service with them so it's ongoing.  They are responsive because if the electric fence is not working then they need to respond.

After signing the contract and purchasing the fence, the installers arrived on time.  Upon installation we later discovered one of our sprinkler heads was broken,  We went ahead and fixed it ourselves and did not contact the company.  We later found out one of the installers was on his first week and was no longer with the company after that week.  So we feel like it was just an isolated incident with a new employee that didn't work out.. We were very please on the installation with very little grass damage or mess from burring the line.  
We are in a new subdivision and the house next to us was not built.  When they started construction, they cut the fence.  Invisible fence came out the very next day I called for service.  When they discovered they put the fence on the other side of the property line, (It was not clearly marked) They replaced the whole line on that side with no charge.
The lady who came out to train myself and the dogs was excellent.  She was patient and very good with the dogs.  They had the hang of the fence by the time she left.  She came out a couple of weeks later for a follow up and to check the collars.  She is the best asset to their company.
Overall the company handled the transaction very professionally and was very concerned with customer satisfaction.  The fence is worth the money just for the piece of mind and the safety of our pets.

They were the best; I would recommend them to everyone. I just feel so great that I have this power fence because my dog doesn’t run out anymore. They also send me batteries for the collars.
