He was very easy to communicate with, kept the appointment time and was incredibly thorough. Stephen sent his report with 24 hours of the end of the appointment (which was even more impressive since the appointment was scheduled for noon on a Friday). I am considering another house and I can't imagine moving forward without having Mr. Pruetz inspect it. He does a great job!

It went very well. It's a man company and he had a lot of experience. He's very thorough in what he was doing, attention to detail was very good. I haven't used anybody else. The price was right and he did a really good job.

The first time he came out was about a year ago to check out a condo that I was going to buy to rent out. He was very good. I had them come out again about a month ago to check another unit for me and he was just as great the second time. He was very thorough and charged a reasonable price.

Stephen was very thorough in explaining his services, scheduling the appointment and open about his fees (we incurred additional fees for a house over 50 years old). He arrived early and was extremely helpful in explaining what he was looking for, what he found and what it meant to a layperson. During his inspection, some of the outlets came back ungrounded. After leaving, Stephen called an electrician to verify the information and called me back within two hours of completing the inspection to warn me about the danger. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in a thorough, professional home inspection.
