Trane Company was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it quickly. I called them initially for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a whole new unit. They were professional, honest, and trustworthy. They fixed the problem on the first visit.

Trane has serviced our air conditioner many times over the years. They have also repaired our furnace a few times and so when we needed a new furnace in February, we called Trane. They were great. Trane installed the new furnace for us with a great warranty and recently we had to call them to come out to repair a hole in a pipe. We recently discovered we had mice in the attic and the mice had chewed through a plastic pipe in the furnace. When Trane came out they were great. They replaced the pipe and didn't charge us anything.

We have been using Trane company for many years. They have been doing my yearly service work on both my furnace and my air conditioner. They clean everything up and replace the filters. They also give everything a check over to make sure everything is working properly. The service men are very polite and efficient and they only charge me about 75 dollars. Recently, I was having a problem with my air conditioner and Trane came out, had a look, and replaced a wire on it. They did a great job and, as usual, were very punctual.
