I highly recommend Julio and David with Houstonian Services for power washing/pressure washing services. I wasn’t sure my Saltillo tile patio could be salvaged, but these guys carefully washed the patio. When it wasn’t cleaned to their satisfaction, they came out the next day and went over it a second time - voluntarily! Then they sealed it using an appropriate sealer. They were diligent, conscientious and generally nice guys to work with. AND they were very patient with my anxiety throughout the process. :) I had other estimates three times as high, and with people who tried to upsell various services. No pressure here - just quality services. I’d upload photos but I don’t think Angie’s list has a way to do that.

Julio is the consummate professional: communicative, follows-up without being reminded; proactively contacted me to keep me informed of progress. In short - great! The quality of work was top-notch as well. Far exceeded my expectations. Things were put back exactly as they had been before the work began. Windows were spotless and the whole house retained its just-painted look. I will call Houstonian Services again without hesitation.

They were courteous and professional, and showed up on time to do the work. The pressure wash of the house was added on when they noticed (correctly) that the house did need it. The windows (about 19 of them) and siding looked great after they were done, and the screens had been cleaned, too. We have been very happy with the cleaning. The only reason for the "C" rating is that after they had left we noticed one screen had a 4-5 inch tear in it that we hadn't seen before. They did come out to look at it, but said that it had been there before. Their suggestion was that we get some screening material at Home Depot and replace it ourselves - a job that certainly would be simple for someone who did that sort of thing a lot, but which we really don't feel competent to tackle ourselves. Now, I cannot prove that the tear in the screen wasn't there before the work, and don't propose to try. But it would probably have been better business practice to do the replacement themselves in any case. In the future I would suggest that if damage like that is seen it should be pointed out before the work is done, to save any future arguments like this.
