The next day, the freezer was once again not cooling. This time, the provider said that a tech could not come out that evening, because he needed sleep. We were assured that someone would come the next morning. When no one showed up the next day, several calls we made. We were eventually told by the owner of the company that no one was coming because the problem must be something too complex for them to handle. When we asked about the $189 that we had paid a couple of nights earlier for what had otherwise been a useless fix, we were told that the amount was pretty reasonable given that a tech came out that evening. No effort was made to refund that money. We eventually found another company who took care of the problem for us. It ended up being a warranty item, something that any competent tech should have been able to figure out. Beware of this company!
