The gate looks great and the work was done professionally.

Pat came to measure the windows and provide an estimate. He is very polite and professional and provided a nicely detailed written estimate. His price was very close to another contractor and I told him to go ahead. I paid a 500 deposit. Pat said it would be a 2-3 weeks before he could manufacture and come and install the bars due to a backlog of existing work.
He called when the bars were ready and gave a few different days they could come. We agreed to Friday morning and Pat and his son Ryan arrived as scheduled. The installation went smoothly and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They spent some extra time to also help me fix up my old front security gate which I would not have been able to do on my own.

It went very well. Pat Miller, the owner responded immediately to my phone call. He made an appointment and came over to
my house and gave a quote on the spot. We ordered the gate while he was there. Mr Mriller told us fabrication and installation would be 2 weeks away and were pleasantly surprised when they called a little over a week away to make arrangements to install our
gate. We love our new gate and are happy we used Houston Security Iron and will do so in the future if any other need arises.

After an attempted break-in, we called on a Saturday, and they returned the call first thing Monday morning, came out on Wednesday to design the gate, sent drawings for our approval, built the custom gate, and installed it on Dec. 8, 2011. The process took approximately 15 days, and we were informed along the way.

Pat came out and gave an estimate to make and install custom security bars on my front door and windows. The work was done before scheduled and at an excellent price. I was very satisfied.
