John Sanders from Houston Restoration Services (HRS) did a great job for us. After a wind storm last year we had water coming into our house. John worked with us and our insurance agency to a resolution. HRS then replaced our roof and did an excellent job replacing the rotten plywood, underlayment, drip-edge, and shingles. The HRS team provided high-quality workmanship and had a large crew that did the job fast. We paid nothing until the roof was completed as well. I would recommend John and HRS for your roofing project.

Very well. We had roof leaks from damage after hurricane Harvey. State Farm Insurance came in with a low ball bid on roof repair. HRS worked with State Farm and helped them realize the actual extent of the damage. Our claim went from a small payment to a roof replacement. Work on the roof was quick and professional as was the work performed on the interior of the house. It was a pleasure working with HRS.

HRS replaced my roof from a hail storm. John was very quick on getting me an estimate and description of what needed to be done. I got three quotes and his was the best for what he would do and he got his crew on it promptly. they completed the job and even did some other restoration work for me. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely use HRS again.

I found out i had a hole in my roof after my gutters were cleaned. I was afraid that I would be told that I need to replace my roof, which I do, however, I am a single mother caring for a child with serious medical issues. John came out and explained to me the condition of my roof and that it needs replaced. He could patch it but hated to see my spend money and then again have to replace the roof in a couple of years. I told him I was really hoping to make it a couple of years until I can get caught up from medical bills. Through talking to me, he could see my situation and what came out of his mouth next was the biggest surprise and best thing that has happened to me in years. He said he was sending his guys out the next day to repair the holes at no charge. I couldn't believe it. What was the catch? There was none. He is just a good, honest guy who saw that I am in a difficult situation and helped me out.
I did not know John or his business prior to this week nor did he come with a recommendation. I found him on the internet and chose his business because he was listed with Better Business Bureau. Sometimes angels are sent our way.
If you need any service that Houston Restoration Services offers, I am confident in telling you that John is a good, honest professional of the utmost integrity. His guys were out immediately and fixed the holes in my roof for me free of charge. Just as he said he would do. I still cant believe it.

I shopped around for other roofing companies, he had the most experience and best warranty and materials for the lowest price. He came over to check on the progress of the workers and maintained excellent communication. He used only the best GAF materials and the roof looked perfect when it was finished.

This was to replace a metal roof whose parts were damaged in Ike and were no longer in production. Replaced with Decra Roofing material The flat part of the roof was replaced with 60mm TPO. Took 2-1/2 weeks. Workmanship was sloppy. Have had at least three leaks since November. The owner responded two of the three times and brought some workers to repair the roof. He has promised provide painters to repaint the part of the ceiling in the family room and the master bathroom closets, which stains are considerable in size and asked us to hold off on the painting until after heavy rain in the event there is another leak (???) and another part of the roof needs repair . There are now several new stains in the hallway, and after four calls to this company, the owner has yet to show up to inspect the damage, and has not returned two of our calls. We have even contacted the supplier who works hand in hand with this contractor, and we still cannot get the owner to come out and inspect and repair the damage and repaint the ceilings. Houston Restoration Services gave us a written guarantee and warranty covering roof leaks for 10 years. I cannot convey how disappointed we are with their service. I suspect we were the first installation in the area of this roofing material, and the workmanship is beyond shoddy. We were contacted by another roofer who also installs Decra roofing, and he walked us around the property and showed us places of sloppy and shoddy workmanship. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

John Sanders was the contractor but, he wasn't there to supervise the work. Since he wasn't there to supervisor his workers, how could he tell what kind of work they were doing? Their prices (the company's) were okay but, our roof is still leaking. We have water in the attic, all around the heating vent and they didn't do a good job since water leaks all around it. They have not come back out to repair the work. They told us we have a seven year warranty on the labor and leaks, but what does a warranty mean if they won't come back out to repair the work? As a temporary solution, we've put some tubs in the attic to catch the water so it doesn't cause damage to our ceiling. I would not use them again.
