I heard about separating my water meters (i.e. irrigation and home use) to save money.
Wow what a difference!

By separating you avoid the sewer charge of .0059 per gallon and drainage charge of .0014 per gallon. For every 10,000 gallons used this save just under $75.
Mickie Services did a great job helping us with the process, which included working with or landscaping company to tie in the new meter and getting all the permitting from the city. I believe they can do everything if you don?t have a landscaper to help. We really appreciate the ease and professionalism of the Mickie Services team. Not to mention the incredible cost savings, which is around $120 a month for my use. I would recommend them to anyone.
