HHI Patio delivered on their commitment. They were extremely professional, on-time, and on budget. Their crews were very respectful and always communicated progress of the job. I appreciated the fact that they completed the work as outlined in their contract. The quality of the work itself was also great. We are very pleased with the new patio.

I highly recommend Houston Home Improvement to anyone looking to add a patio! Hugo is excellent to work with and was with us all the way through our patio addition, including assisting with HOA approvals and required permits. Our project consisted of a patio installation and a gas fire pit. The patio cover needed to blend in as an extension (approx. 13’ x 31’) to the existing structure and the crew did a fantastic job! Likewise, the crew that installed the pavers was awesome! The cost was well below what other contractors had quoted and we are very pleased with the outcome.

We had a multiple roof lines that needed to be joined together and several other contractors came in with unappealing very basic designs and Hugo provided a vision that was well beyond our expectations. Angel came in and took that vision and made it a reality. We absolutely love our porch- are out there daily enjoying. We will be expanding soon for a new kitchen area and look forward to working with Hugo and his team.

HHI Patio Covers (Houston Home Improvement) made our house into a home. Hugo and his brilliantly talented team were punctual, excellent quality work and extremely knowledgeable and professional. We received three estimates and five minutes with Hugo, we knew he was our choice. Hugo took care of all permits and paperwork needed from our HOA. His team finished right on time and we could not be happier. Anything we needed, Hugo took care of it. He was so easy to work with. I can see why they have an A++ Better Business Bureau rating. I can't recommend Houston Home Improvement enough!

I received bids from 3 different contractors but was most impressed by the design and bid from Hugo Torres of Houston Home Improvement Construction. Hugo understood that I had a deadline for getting the work completed since I would soon be hosting a family gathering at my home and needed a comfortable outdoor space to entertain. Hugo's crew of skilled craftsman wasted no time getting to work. Their workmanship was superior. The roofing on the patio and carport matched my existing roofing perfectly and the entire construction looked like it was part of my original house. The crew was professional and courteous and they cleaned up the work area each evening before they left for the day. Hugo stayed in regular communication with me and his crew throughout the construction process. I was thoroughly pleased and happy with the finished renovations and new construction of my carport. Home Improvement exceeded my expectations and....completed the job on schedule. I'm looking forward to working with Hugo and his crew on future home improvement projects.

HHI provided an excellent service.

After signing the project agreement, the crew started the job as promised. The crew was always on time and the owner was very responsive. Any questions we had, were answered right away. Schedule was followed with little delays due to the City approvals, but no complaints.

The quality of the work was very good and we are very happy with the results. Straight forward communication, flexible, responsive, clean job from beginning to end, great quality.

I waited one year after construction to write this review so I could see how it holds up. I am a engineer so I am fairly well informed about construction techniques and building codes, etc. HHI did a truly *magnificent* job. In fact their workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations in every way. I paid attention to every detail during construction and they truly executed above exception. Their price was very reasonable. They started exactly on schedule.  They completed the entire project FAST! When they finished the project...they even went beyond the contract and repainted the entire back of my house (at no extra cost) because they thought it would look better with the new patio! This proved to me that they take pride in their work. They *exactly* matched the roofing shingles to my house. They *exactly* matched the hip roof and eve design of my house. They exactly matched the paint colors of my house. They exactly matched the architecture and style of my house. It truly looks like it was built with the house rather than added later. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!  It looks just as good a year later. They used quality materials and cut no corners.  For my next improvement project I will call HHI first. 

 BTW:  I have no connection with HHI. I have not spoken with them since the project was completed one year ago. I just happen to be a very happy customer.

I cannot say enough about this guy. His name is Hugo Terez, he is the one who came to the house. He is very intelligent. He is also very gracious. He is a very picky man. Everything has to be perfect. He will not leave the site if it is not. I think that is what makes his work so good. I believe it was his two brothers that worked with him. The crew is so excellent. They are the nicest people in the world. The job did take a long time to complete. That is only because he is so picky. The pricing is very reasonable to.
