I have been using Houston Fountain and Pond for awhile and have been very pleased. Recently, they started a pool service, and I wanted to give them a chance. I have found them to be very responsive and professional. They are prompt and are determined to fix any problem that arises. I highly recommend this company.

Pat was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He came by and took a look at the water feature and called me with a quote and recommendation of things to fix. Once we agreed on what to do, he came the next day to fix the water feature and finished up the day after that. The fountain looks like new and he did a great job. I was impressed with his responsiveness and his professionalism. I'd highly recommend using his services and would happily call him again to work on our water feature in the future.

Great. Patrick responded to my email with a phone call. He suggested I do a few checks on the electric source to the fountain to check if the pump was the problem or the electric source. It was the electric source which was a lot cheaper to fix then replacing the fountain. He came out and did the replacement work, cleaned the fountain...even took all the stones out and washed them. Cleaned the pump and the fountain itself. He proceeded to give me some tips on how to keep the pump clean and running. He was professional and conscientious about his work. It was the best $125 I have spent in a long time.

Called Patrick - he gave me a quote for clearning my pond. He did exactly what he said he would do and in the timeframe he mentioned. I came home to a clean pond. Houston Fountain and Pond was very easy to work with and was a great value. I plan to schedule them regularly to clean my pond.

We had a rock fountain installed last fall. When spring came this year, we tried to clean it ourselves, which took a few hours; and, was not easy. That prompted me to look into having someone clean it for us. Upon calling HFand P, Pat answered the phone; and, offered to come out that day to look at it and give me a quote. I arrived about 20 minutes late; and, to my surprise, he took the initiative to clean it; mind you, in the fraction of the time it took my husband and I...amazing what a professional can do. He offered to clean it on a monthly basis for $45 per month. He calls the day before service to remind us he is coming to clean the fountain; and, simply leaves the invoice in the mailbox. Great customer service and great work!
