They charged me $65.00 to repair a microwave oven but when I installed it, the oven would not work. I called them and asked to speak to the technician but they said he was not there but would call me back. I called several times and each time he was not there and they promised to call me back. I never received the call. I finally called and asked for a refund of $40.00 which was for the repair cost (told them they could keep the $25 they charged to check it out) and the woman on the phone said her husband would call me back. I never received the call. They work out of their home and the front and back yard are filled with junk refrigerators, washing machines, and other small appliances that apparently do not work either. I finally purchased a new micorwave oven and installed it myself. I would never use these people again.
