Overall not good. I would not recommend this company. The one thing he had going for him was that he was punctual. I called the company and they said they would have someone out to my house within an hour and he showed up in 45 minutes. I told him the problem I was having with the outside compressor fan not cycling off when the thermostat sent the signal to the unit. He looked at the unit and told me I needed a contactor, capacitor, and a starter kit for the unit to work properly. His estimate was $1,751.11. I told him that sounded high and I was going to get another estimate. I come to find out after I did some research that those things he mentioned cost less that $100 online. As a matter of fact, the capacitor was just fine and I didn't need a starter kit. All I needed was a $25.00 contactor. THIS COMPANY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!
